Young biologists of the zoo are always looking forward to the end of September because it is during this period that we have been holding the traditional action "Pet Day" for several years. Of course, such events are held in the conference hall of the zoo, but this year, like last year, we spent this holiday in the central square of the zoo, in the fresh air.
Young naturalists not only study animals and help take care of them at the zoo. Almost all of them have their own "zoo" at home. Whom our young biologists do not keep! Turtles, iguanas and other lizards, snakes, ants, parrots, chinchillas, hamsters and, of course, cats and dogs – and this is by no means a complete list of their pets.
During the "Pet Day" campaign, children demonstrate their animals, talk about them, share experiences. And all interested visitors could become spectators on event.
