Sakura blossom

The "Bloom Calendar" column is pleased to announce that the first delicate sakura flowers have bloomed at the zoo. By the weekend, the sakura will be in full bloom.

That is why we invite you to the zoo to support the Japanese tradition of hanami and admire the blooming sakura.

On April 5 and 6, on Saturday and Sunday, at 2:00 p.m., Japanese koi carp feeding will take place. Also, in dry weather on weekends, our small, bright photo zone will be open near the koi carp pond.
