Today is the birthday of the director of Mykolaiv Zoo, Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine, laureate of the Honorary Award "For Services to the City of Mykolaiv", knight of the Order of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and President of the Association of Zoos of Ukraine, Volodymyr Topchy – a man who devoted most of his life to the zoo!
