Today, a traditional environmental campaign was held in Mykolaiv Zoo. Several years ago, ecologists from the Kinbourn Public Organization installed a fish on the territory of the zoo – a storage facility for collecting plastic lids. For several months, our visitors and employees collected plastic lids into this fish. And now, when "the fish ate up the lids", the ecologists of Kinbourn Public Organization together with the zoo's young biologists reloaded the lids into bags, and Ukrposhta will deliver them to the recycling site free of charge. Proceeds are transferred to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, this initiative not only directs aid to our soldiers, but also cleans up the environment from trash.
