Today, the zoo is sending a very valuable employee to a well-deserved rest, because Raisa Koval, the chief administrator of the zoo, is completing her professional activity. Raisa was hired on April 10, 1996 as an inspector of the personnel department, and on November 27, 2001 she was transferred to the position of chief administrator. Thus, the total experience of working at Mykolaiv Zoo is more than 26 years!
Over all these years, Raisa has shown herself to be a qualified specialist, a conscientious worker who performs her duties at the highest level. She had very responsible and varied duties, especially on weekends, when she was the most important representative of the administration and controlled and solved all urgent problems, communicated with visitors and persons who came to the zoo on business.
Taking into account Raisa's significant personal contribution to the development of Mykolaiv Zoo, it was decided to award Raisa Koval with the Order of Mykola Leontovych and pay a monetary reward in the amount of 5,000 UAH at the expense of funds from the economic activity of the zoo, in accordance with the collective agreement.
