At first glance, it may seem that we have decided to show portraits of ungulates, made in their native environment – high in the mountains. Clusters of stones and moss-covered boulders look too natural. But it is worth moving the camera away, as it becomes clear that in the lens there are not mountain ranges, but another interesting object of Mykolaiv Zoo – the enclosure for keeping mountain ungulates "Goat Hill".
This enclosure was built several decades ago, but not every modern zoo can boast with the enclosure for mountain goats, which would be so close to natural conditions. Real mountains, boulders, rocks, stone ledges and grottoes – all this allows animals to move actively and feel like in the wild!
