July 7 - Day of employees of the nature reserve fund.
Man in the modern world has such a global impact on the environment that there are almost no places left on the planet where human activity would not cause irreparable damage to nature. Exceptions are nature reserves, where representatives of the animal or plant world are preserved, and entire natural ecosystems are preserved. Thousands of employees of reserves, national parks, botanical gardens, zoos are trying to make wildlife conservation as effective as possible.
In order to support the nature reserve, taking into account the significant contribution of specialists and professionals who are not indifferent to the present and future state of our nature, in support of the initiative of the Ministry of Environment, August 18, 2009 by President of Ukraine, Decree № 629/2009 established a professional holiday of nature reserve workers, which is now celebrated annually on July 7.
Congratulations to all employees of the nature reserve on their professional holiday, we wish them health and success in their difficult but necessary work!
