On June 23 in Mykolaiv Zoo in family of two-humped camels (Camelus bactrianus dom.) Sultan and Zaytuna had a replenishment: the camel was born. The mother and the newborn feel very well, they are now in the winter enclosure so that the newborn is not disturbed by visitors to maintain peace and quiet. Female has enough milk to feed the baby. The relationship of the female with the cub is good, she feeds and warms him, thus caring for the baby. The cub is active and inquisitive, but still, it walks a little, lies more. According to the rules, the workers are obliged to bring the cub to the mother's udder for the first three days. Surprisingly, even after the second time, this cub began to come to his mother and find her udder to drink milk. A little later, the camel will go out into the common enclosure, where visitors can observe it.
